Note the in-game help referenced, is /not/ the Stationpedia. Use the in-editing help functionality whilst coding use IC Simulator (which also has the functionality documented for each code verb pretty much identical to the in-game one.)
Also (and this may be a matter of opinion by an individual's understanding), there's not necessarily a direct correlation between programming code vs logic circuits.
